    Save and publish not working

    Using Umbraco 7

    I'm new to Umbraco. I created an empty ASP MVC project in VS2015 and installed Umbraco version 7.2.8 assembly: 1.0.5675.23466. Then I created new Document Type HomePage with one property - BodyText (richtext edit) and create content based on that document type. Then type the "Hello" in the editor and press button Save and publish. It's all. Page is not published. Field Publish at is empty too. When I press the button Preview, you see a blank page. Rebooting does not help. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Valentina

    Do you have a template for the Homepage Document Type ?

    and within that template do you have something like:

    @Umbraco.Field("bodyText")

    to write out the contents of the Body Text property within html ?
