For some reason the norwegian language file did not work when copying it from http://umbraco.org/documentation/language-files/translate?language=no to the /umbraco/config/lang directory.
The solution for me was to create a copy of the no.xml file and call it nb.xml (norwegian key is nb-no).
Don't know if its a known issue, but didn't find the solution on our.umbraco, so thought it might be nice if anybody else search for it here :-)
