Actually I found refference to the application at:
Config/applications.config
But is this the only place where I sould delete this refference (+delete code files from App_Plugins/Subfolder) and the application wold be fully deleted?
Be careful to test once you delete something from applications.config. I just tried deleting the "Member" section from that file, and it started causing JavaScript errors in the JavaScript console. The alternative is to remove permissions for all users and user types.

I'm getting started with backend extension of Umbraco using this article http://www.enkelmedia.se/blogg/2013/11/22/creating-custom-sections-in-umbraco-7-part-1.aspx .
Base application is creating well, but can you tell, please, how can I delete application, that has been added?
