    CHM Version of API docs?

I'm just wondering if it would be possible for a CHM version of the API docs to be published along with each release? It would certainly come in handy.

If nobody has time, I can look into it later this week when I get some time myself.

    Thoughts?

It'd be possible, but I'm not sure if it'd get done.

I personally don't find much use in CHM documentation and the developers I work with don't use them either.

If you did generate the CHM's we can easily link them off the wiki here.

We use sandcastle for generating the docs on build and I believe that it supports CHMs as well. If anyone knows how, just let us know and we can add it to the build process

Is Sandcastle still active? I thought I read a blog last year that the project was shut down since Microsoft is trying to kill the CHM file format

Ok, looks like I was mistaken about the life of Sandcastle, it must have been about the fact it was moved onto Codeplex, it's no longer a MS-build tool.

Here's a post on how to generate the CHM - http://blogs.msdn.com/sandcastle/archive/2006/07/29/682398.aspx

You could have that in the post-build section of release build config
