Static HTML Export

Experimental event handler that publishses Umbraco nodes as static HTML to and alternative doucment root upon publish.

** Note - project is currently in beta and undergoing testing - looking for collaboration/feedback **

No binary version as yet - should be built from source.

Aim of project is to allow static HTML to be served from a webserver so dynamic pages will not work.
