    tag_blue_edit.png is missing

    Excellent package. Just a small note that the image tag_blue_edit.png is missing from the installation.

    Thanks for that.

    That sneaky icon was floating around in my test sites and so didn't notice it missing from the package when I ran a test install - oops ! 

    I have added it to the package now.
