I got some serious problem installing the Google Maps Datatype version 2.04 package in my Umbraco 4.7.2 install. The first time I installed the package, I got an YSOD. When opening the 'installed packages' folder, the package seemed installed, but to be sure, I uninstalled the package and reinstalled it again.
I was able to create a custom property of type Google Map. But when I tried to create a page of the domenttype holding the Google Map datatype, I got an YSOD, also trying to remove the property on the doctype failed with this YSOD:
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_cmsPropertyData_cmsPropertyType". The conflict occurred in database "testgiis", table "dbo.cmsPropertyData", column 'propertytypeid'. The statement has been terminated.
so I guess the package is broken for the 4.7.2 install
I set back a backup of my website before the package installation, reinstalled the Google Maps Datatype package and now everything seems to work fine. So it seems my previous YSOD when installing the package for the first time must have caused the trouble.
not working correctly in 4.7.2

Hi Anthony,
This is strange and scary! I'm using Google Maps (2.0.4 latest) on a number of 4.7.2 sites without any problems.
Wondering what could be causing the issue? Is there any further details in the exception? e.g. the stack-trace.
Curious why a DELETE statement is being called too.
Cheers, Lee.
Hi Lee,
To be sure, I will reïnstall the package and let you know if I could reproduce the issue

Strange, but glad that it is working now. Do let me know if you find any issues; good to iron out any bugs.
Thanks, Lee.
