Thank you for this great addition. Though I cannot get it to work as I expect.
I do the following:
1. Create a new user, set user type as Administrator (reproducible as Writer, Editor etc. too).
2. Assign "[language]" section as the only section for the user. Save.
3. Login as the new user. Click on an existing translation.
HAPPENS: Server error, "The current user doesn't have access to the section/app 'settings'".
If I go back to the admin user and enable the "Settings" section, then it works as expected but the new user also sees the "Settings" icon in the dashboard and is able to create/edit/delete in there, which was the point they shouldn't be able to.
Access to "Settings" is required

Have I overlooked some setting on the user?
Hi Dennis,
This is a bug in my package which is new since Umbraco 4.7.1. Have a look at this blog to solve it: http://www.richardsoeteman.net/2011/10/17/FixUserPermissionsErrorInDigibizDictionarySection.aspx.

That did the trick, thank you for a prompt and accurate reply :-)
Thanks Jeroen, had the same problem! :-)
