If I enter some content on content-item-one and then click on content-item-two to edit that content item, without saving content-item-one, I lose the content I added to content-item-on. There is no Javascript "you are about to lose some content you entered" warning.
I'm pretty sure this is as expected for this version of Umbraco, and it doesn't concern me a huge amount - but I need to confirm that this is as expected before I get back to my clients and tell them they're out of luck.
Ideally there would be some sort of Javascript warning that switching between content items drops content. I couldn't find any existing issues with a brief Google.

From what I know that is not something thats build in, I think it would be possible to extend the backoffice in some way to create this.
