I have two simple forms in two custom dashboards. Both of them stop working after installing the version 11.4.2. Now when it loads I get the following error:
I try removing the import of the js in the view and then the error is not there anymore but the submit button is doing nothing now (not submitting the form anymore).

I have two simple forms in two custom dashboards. Both of them stop working after installing the version 11.4.2. Now when it loads I get the following error:
