Extracting was not completed, as it returned an error - Courier - 404

Any idea what this could be? I'm on umbraco 4.71 and Courier 2.5. I have several instances of umbraco, dev, staging, production. been using courier to transfer from one instance to another for a while now without any problems. Now suddenly i get this error. I tried on a single file transfer the same error i tried on a whole package tyransfer the same error. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be? Much appreciated.

i have folder Events on the content side, with multiple individual events in there. there is a template and a document type behind it plus a couple of simple razor macros. i also have a new media type for Video which is nothing more than a image and a video file.

As you can see problem is on extraction. Thanks.

just an update, i came across to this post http://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-pro/courier/23217-Courier-211-The-request-failed-with-HTTP-status-404-when-tranferring-large-media-file which is my case, i also have a video file in this transfer which i have now exluded it when transfering (by removing the tick box from the list). this time the Message says the extracting events WAS successful but the above extraction error in red, remains. I think it does transfer the content and dependecies, but i don't know why the error is still there.
