When preparing to deploy in Courier 2.5, in the Transfer Item window I get these red triangle icons as in the image below. They indicate "could not load hash from target site". They seem to appear next to all document types and templates. However the transfer always seems to work.
Well, its usually an indicator that your target site does not contain this item, or it was not able to fetch a unique hash for it (to compare with what you are about to transfer)
Do you have both sites updated to the same version of courier? maybe your target doesn't support the hashing
The transfer will work just fine as the hash is only used to determine if it should even bother transfering it or not
