We have a site running Contour v 3.0.21 and all has been running smoothly for 2 months and then this week suddenly Contour stops sending emails when a form has been submitted. We have 5 workflows set up and all the other workflows are fine, data is being stored in the main database, just the emails have stopped sending. Server seems fine, we have even tested sending an email from the server independantly of umbraco and contour and the SMTP server seems fine, emails still sent to the same email addresses.
Nothing that we can see in the logs.
All very very strange.
Anyone else seen anthing similar? IS there a limit to the number of workflows on a form?
