Umbraco version: 7.1.8
Umbraco Contour version 3.0.23-Build.20
Server: SQL SqlServerCe
When i enter information in the form, It do not save the content to the database.
It do not show the "Tanks" message.
Is there anyone who had it to work on SQL SqlServerCe.

How did you install Contour? If it was not manually then that might be the cause. I'm not certain but I have a suspicion.
Does the /app_data/logs file contain any useful information about the issue? Anything marked with ERROR or WARNING?

I did a local install, and the logs contain no useful information.
But there ar only a manual install for UmbracoContour_3.0.21_Manual_Install.zip
I now got it working, i uninstalled contour, deleted all contour tabels in the database.
Recycle app pool, and "touch" the webconfig.
After this i downloaded the UmbracoContour_3.0.21.zip http://our.umbraco.org/FileDownload?id=11891.
Did a local install with the Umbraco Contour_3.0.21
Now i can submit the form and save the entries, but now i can not rendere the form in the editor.

After i got it working i did try to upgrade to Contour 3.0.23.
Then the error came back.
Sorry about the late reply to this one - When you do your installation...do you then do it back uploading the package in the umbraco backoffice? If so...please try uninstalling Contour once again and follow this guide http://our.umbraco.org/projects/umbraco-pro/contour/documentation/installation/Manual
I think it's due to the SQL not being valid for CE SQL that it acts weird - I'm not sure though but I think the manual way is worth trying.
