Create new contour form results in error dialog UI.xml

When I want to create a new contour form, a popup opens with the following error:

The create dialog for "forms" does not match anything defined in the "/umbraco/config/create/UI.xml". This could mean an incorrectly installed package or a corrupt UI file

    To make it difficult:

The CMS has been recently updated from v3.0.6 to 4.0.4.

After installing v4.0.4 I installad Contour and it worked.

After that, I upgraded Umbraco to version 4.5.1.

Since 4.5.1 I receive this error message.

    Thanx!

    Hi Alfons,

You'll have to update the /umbraco/config/create/ui.xml file with the Contour entries, check the install instructions for details

Is there something that can be done to fix this. Every time I upgrade any Umbraco installation Contour stops working because of this. Surely this should count as a bug. Can't the UI.xml be moved somewhere else for Contour? Or just add it into the Core?

    Thanks

    Dan
