One of your clients is running umbraco v4.11.10 with contour v1.1.13.2 and we've just come across the same issue reported and fixed on v3 of Umbraco Forms, http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-1184
I was wondering if it would be feasible to patch v1.1.13.2 too? If someone from the Umbraco Forms teams could ascertain that, I'd be happy to help patching it.
Please note that on the clients site the package was installed from the library, would a manual install of the patch override the existing package?
