It's a known issue which has been resolved... albeit not in v4.0.3, but in latest nightly.

My problem is not that it switch the day with the month, my problem is that the dates will be deleted when i save a site.

I am having the same problem. Every property except for the date picker properties are being saved. Has this been resolved? What do I need to do to resolve this???

Which database are your using? Are you running MSSQL or MySQL?

The reason I am asking is that the month/day switching happens on MSSQL, but it might have other symptoms on MySQL, or on an MSSQL server with different culture settings on it.

I am using MySQL.  What nightly build would you recommend I use to fix this issue? 

This is for a production site. I really needed to upgrade to 4.0.3 to utilize the new event when members are created in the back office.

Just take the /bin folder from the file I linked to, and copy that into your own install. That should do the trick.

Does anyone know the specific dll that needs to be copied over, rather than copy all the dlls on a production server?

I tried the umbraco.editorControls.dll and that didn't seem to do the trick.

By trial and error i found that it was the cms.dll

Hi, i am having the same issue. I downloaded the hotfix and replaced the cms.dll file. 
However after i replaced the .dll file there are no content nodes visible in the backoffice. 

Can anybody tell me what might be wrong ?

I tried to download hotfix but not availble in below url as you posted.and also some time i am able to reproduce the issue but most of the time i am unable to reproduce so can you provide me the exact scenerio to reproduce the Publish at issue  because now my website upgraded from 4.0.3 to 4.11.8 so very difficult to reproduce. But issue still exists (Publish at issue)
