Hey guys heres a combination of problems I have aquired since upgrading 4.5 to 4.7.1:
-Can't delete Content nodes
-Can't delete doctypes
-Had to remove doctype icons in /umbraco/images/umbraco as some were taking 5s to load each image
-If I create a XSLT file, I get :
The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Requested URL: /umbraco/developer~/error
Anyone have any idea what could be going on? I'ts become a serious issue because now things have gotten really bad :/

If anyone else runs into this problem just downgrade back to 4.5.1 couldn't figure out how else to fix this.
