Following the success of our Summer Internship Programme we want to spread the Umbraco love further. We're offering a paid Internship in October, based in Farnborough, UK. The Internship offers the opportunity to work on practical customer facing projects and also undertake research, and is a full-time fixed term position.
We're also introducing a Mentoring Programme with unpaid placements where we'll help train and build your Umbraco skills, and then help you design and build a practical project (such as extending one of our Umbraco Packages). The Mentor Programme is unpaid, and you'll be expected to work from home, at your own pace and in your own time. We're offering plenty of face to face contact to coach you and answer any questions.
If you're interested in either of the Skills Development placements then checkout our website at www.orcare.com, and take a look at the opportunties section. If you're keen to join us then you'll need to send a CV and covering letter to [email protected].
On a point of order, during the pilot programme in June we rejected 90% of applications because of poor quality written English or a failure to demonstrate skills that match what we're looking for. Make sure you stand out from the croud for the right reasons, and get someone to review your application before you send it in.
