This is about Developer -> Packages, the tree listing is empty and does not contain the default content. Normally one should see the following:
yet currently there is only "Packages" but nothing below it. Note that no actual packages were created and/or installed, but the default content should still be there. It was lost during the update from 4.7.1 to 4.7.2 no doubt due to user error.
I checked other posts on this forum and the solutions listed there (i.e. copy xml from old install to new install) don't apply. The packages created and packages installed xml is empty for a new Umbraco install.
I verified that the actual *.aspx files exist under \umbraco\developer\Packages and the permissions seem to be fine. I compared the permissions on a fresh 4.7.2 install to the system that had the 4.7.1->4.7.2 update done.
