Has anyone seen this/know how to fix it?  Thanks for the help - I really appreciate it.

    Thanks,

    Andrew

I just tried restarting our server and that appears to have fixed the problem.

Hi, I am having the same issue right now. I do not have the luxury to restart the server at any time, however. Do you have any further information on the cause of this issue?

I am going to try these before rebooting the whole server.
    - restart the SQL service
    - restart IIS web service

    Thank you.
