I'm getting ready to begin a fairly large project (was originally planning to use v5), but wanted to know if there is a roadmap/release date for 4.8. Curious if a 4.8 release was imminent and what the features would be for that release. Is the MVC front-end going to be an option w/ 4.8? Thanks!
I can't remember if there has been published a roadmap for v4.8 yet but I think the v4.8 release is primarily going to be bugfixes and then the best parts of the uComponents project will be included into the core.
v4.8 beta is expected to be released ultimo Q2, which is pretty soon :)
